Shipping policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our team (excluding weekends and holidays).
WonderMural ensures deliveries in the following geographical areas: EUROPE, UNITED STATES, CANADA, OVERSEAS TERRITORIES, AUSTRALIA, SOUTH AMERICA.
For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a second email with your shipping confirmation, including your order tracking number.
During peak periods, order preparation may take up to 72 hours or 3 business days.
The choice of carrier and the price may vary depending on the weight, quantity, availability of products, order amount, and the shipping country.

Standard delivery times vary by destination and carrier but are typically 8 to 15 business days.
Note: Some orders may ship from multiple warehouses or suppliers. In such cases, items may arrive in separate packages.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping is free for all orders placed on our site. WonderMural reserves the right to modify this cost for a short period or to cancel it. This change does not require any notice to the site’s customers.
Under no circumstances can a third party claim a refund for the shipping fees in place at the time of purchase. Information about shipping fees is indicated at any time at the top of any page on the site, as well as at the order confirmation stage.
REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Defective items
If your order is delivered defective in whole or in part, you can request a replacement or a refund of the defective item(s). To do so, send us an email at contact@wondermural.com, including proof of payment (a screenshot of the confirmation email received when you placed your order, for example) and a photo of the defective items. Please also specify in the email if you prefer a replacement of the defective items or a refund.
Order Cancellation
Our priority is to print and ship your orders as quickly as possible to provide you with fast and efficient service. However, to ensure optimal processing and avoid unnecessary losses, we allow for a 24-hour delay after the order is confirmed before starting production. This delay also enables us to address any potential requests for modifications or cancellations.
As such, customers have a maximum of 12 to 24 hours after payment to request a cancellation and receive a full refund. Beyond this period, we begin the printing process, which incurs direct costs for the preparation and customization of your product.
- If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours but within 48 hours, we can provide a partial refund of up to 50% of the total amount, due to the production costs already incurred.
- After 48 hours, or once the order has been shipped, we are unable to offer any refunds, in accordance with Articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which state that custom-made or personalized products are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
We encourage you to contact us promptly if there are any changes regarding your order, so we can best accommodate your needs.
Exchanges and Store Credit (if applicable)
- Exchange your item for a different size/color.
Exchanges are only available for the same style's size and/or color. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
- Refund details and store credits
By default, the refund method is store credit.
If you wish to receive a refund via the payment method used during your purchase, you must notify us by email at contact@wondermural.com. Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to a manufacturer defect will not incur restocking fees. Fees will be applied to the original order, and the balance will be refunded.
Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.
Discount codes or store credits cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@wondermural.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
