Refund policy
RETURNS
Items provided by https://wondermural.com are new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those in traditional commerce and come from all listed publishers and suppliers.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
ATTENTION: Please note that if you decide to return your package directly to the manufacturer or refuse it without contacting us first to follow the return steps, this will result in the cancellation of the refund. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can provide you with the proper return instructions and facilitate the refund process.
Order Cancellation
Our priority is to print and ship your orders as quickly as possible to provide you with fast and efficient service. However, to ensure optimal processing and avoid unnecessary losses, we allow for a 24-hour delay after the order is confirmed before starting production. This delay also enables us to address any potential requests for modifications or cancellations.
As such, customers have a maximum of 12 to 24 hours after payment to request a cancellation and receive a full refund. Beyond this period, we begin the printing process, which incurs direct costs for the preparation and customization of your product.
- If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours but within 48 hours, we can provide a partial refund of up to 50% of the total amount, due to the production costs already incurred.
- After 48 hours, or once the order has been shipped, we are unable to offer any refunds, in accordance with Articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which state that custom-made or personalized products are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
We encourage you to contact us promptly if there are any changes regarding your order, so we can best accommodate your needs.
Defective items:
The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, user manuals, and documentation (imperatively in their original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact@wondermural.com (description and attached photos/videos).
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with the steps to follow once your case is accepted according to our conditions. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Attention: Please contact us before sending a package to our return address so that we can identify your package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@wondermural.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
No COD (cash on delivery) returns will be accepted, regardless of the reason.
Right of withdrawal
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, wondermural.com is obliged to reimburse the amounts paid by the customer, without fees, except for return shipping costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned item(s). If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:
- Goods that you have opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items
- Opened goods that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
